David Hollander joined Lauletta Birnbaum immediately after graduating from law school with experience in a wide range of practice areas.

Prior Experience
During law school, David was selected to participate in the school’s Business Law Concentration and served as a fellow for the John F. Scarpa Center for Law and Entrepreneurship financial literacy module. In addition, he worked as a student-counselor in the Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship. There, he closely collaborated with leaders of a start-up nonprofit that support Philadelphia’s homeless population with help from local innovation funds.

While in law school, David spent a semester as an extern in the law department of UGI/AmeriGas conducting legal research and drafting memos for employment, consumer protection, and regulatory issues, as well as helping to prepare Asset Purchase Agreements. A strong writer and editor, David served as a Staff Writer and Managing Editor of Student Works of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports law Journal, a student ran organization.

David also spent his summers clerking for several different firms including Cozen O’Connor and Hankin Sandman, Palladino & Weintrob.  At Hankin Sandman, David assisted with construction, family, property, personal injury, transactional, and litigation matters. His final year of law school, David worked part-time at Wapner, Newman, Wigrizer, Brecher, & Miller drafting complaints and helping with pre-trial preparation of ongoing litigation matters.
