Jill A. Guldin has extensive experience representing clients in both federal and state courts, as well as arbitration forums. She has organized and prepared and has trial experience in numerous complex civil jury trials and commercial arbitrations. Her practice encompasses all aspects of complex commercial and business-related litigation matters, including products liability and securities litigation. Jill has also represented businesses, executives, professionals, and other individuals in federal white-collar criminal defense matters and parallel civil actions. In addition, she has considerable experience in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Through her diverse practice, Jill is highly skilled in developing case strategy, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, negotiating settlement agreements and preparing witnesses for trial testimony.

Prior Experience
Before joining the firm, Jill was an attorney in the Litigation Department of Fox Rothschild for nine years. In addition, she has served as a legal intern for the Honorable Joseph H. Rodriguez in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and investigator aide during an internship at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender.

Jill attended Rutgers University Camden School of Law, where she was a teaching assistant in the Legal Research & Writing Program and a member of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion.
