Max Perricone is an Associate in the firm’s corporate group with strong experience in the areas of finance and securities law.

Prior Experience
During law school, Max completed an internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission at its Philadelphia regional office. During his time at the SEC, Max worked with attorneys in the Division of Enforcement on numerous investigations into private equity funds, hedge funds, and other asset managers.  Max also reviewed tips and complaints regarding violations of the federal securities laws.

Prior to attending law school, Max was a high school special education teacher in Chicago, where he taught tenth grade reading and twelfth grade English to disadvantaged students.

Honors, Awards, Recognition
While in law school, Max was chosen to serve as a legal writing fellow.  As a writing fellow, Max guided first-year law students through the legal writing process and helped edit court briefs, memos, and other legal documents.  Max also served as an editor of the Review of Banking and Financial Law, where he published an article exploring the U.S. Supreme Court’s interpretation of federal insider trading laws.
