Mergers & Acquisitions

Contemplating the sale of a business as an exit strategy, acquiring a new business, or merging with another business is a major undertaking. It may also be the most important decision a business person or company can make.

Highly Experienced Professionals

Our team of highly experienced corporate lawyers, at our New Jersey and Philadelphia law offices, provide the sophisticated advice and technical skills of prior big-firm corporate partners paired with the efficiency and personal attention of a boutique firm to help our clients successfully navigate such transactions.

We routinely assist our clients with all aspects of related business transactions, from advising on structuring the transaction and negotiating the business deal, to preparing legal documents, obtaining necessary regulatory approvals, and seeing the transaction through to completion.

We combine creative thinking with practical implementation. We are experienced in all types of M&A transactions, including asset acquisitions, stock acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs, split-offs, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
