As a law firm, we don’t have PPE to donate and we don’t have medical expertise to help on the front line. However, we do have legal and business counseling acumen that we want to offer at no cost to the business community, many of whom are struggling while others are just unsure of how to navigate the current and uncertain future business environment. In order to give back to the community and do our part to provide support during these uncertain times, we created “Sessions,” which are remote 20-minute free, personal legal counseling and business meetings that we are holding on Fridays from 12-5PM. We welcome local small and medium sized businesses to participate. You may come with your legal and general business questions and one of our attorneys (most likely Daniel Blanchard) will brainstorm and work with you to navigate a path towards resolving whatever issue you may be facing. Our hope is that you leave with some clarity or at least some good ideas to consider.

Since the service is free (and, of course, since we are lawyers), your participation in Sessions is subject to your agreement of the terms and conditions, which you can review by clicking here. If you are interested in scheduling a Session, please make sure you read these terms and conditions carefully. By clicking the scheduling link below, you have agreed to and accepted the terms and conditions.

Our friends at CLM Advisors are also offering Sessions for accounting and financial advice. Click here to learn more.

Lauletta Birnbaum was founded in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis with the goal of providing top-notch legal expertise at a fraction of the Big Law price. Since those early days, we have operated with our clients’ budgets at the top of mind. Here we are again, faced with a shaky economy and an uncertain future, and we believe your business is worth fighting for. Click the image of our advertisement recently featured in the Philadelphia Business Journal to learn more about our “Stormy Seas” program and how we are helping clients during these uncertain times.
