- Negotiating the buy-out of a retiring partner in a successful law firm.
- Providing corporate governance advice to a non-profit corporation in connection with a dispute among board members.
- Advising an individual in connection with the purchase of a partnership interest in an existing franchise business.
- Preparing employment contracts for various levels of employees, including sales professionals and c-level employees.
- Reviewing and advising contractors in connection with Pennsylvania Home Improvement Act compliance.
- Assisting a key employee of an equipment broker business in connection with the acquisition of such business.
