Guido Babore is an experienced attorney knowledgeable in both the construction and commercial business world as well as in the courtroom. As a practicing attorney, Guido focuses on construction litigation and construction related claims including, but not limited to: contract disputes, construction delays, lien matters and bonding issues. Guido is a skillful land use attorney who has successfully obtained land use variances as well as negotiated with various planning and zoning boards for the successful completion of commercial and residential units. In his practice, he works with the developers in securing the financing for the commercial and housing projects.
Prior Experience
Guido was the general counsel and co-owner of an engineering firm that focused on land use and land use related issues in the New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania markets. As an owner, Guido gained extensive experience analyzing, structuring, manning and monitoring complex construction projects. As general counsel of the company for over fifteen years, he structured and negotiated all contracts, including debt structure, owner-engineer relationship, and all real estate documents including mortgages, easements, HOA documents and all the security related documents. Guido developed risk minimization strategies through alternative dispute resolution, indemnification and shifting liability clauses.
