LoanLogics, Inc. Raises $10 Million in Series B Funding

Lauletta Birnbaum advised LoanLogics, Inc. in connection with a $10 Million Series B Funding round led by Blue Cloud Ventures, a New York-based growth and late-stage co-investment fund, and existing investor, Volition Capital, a Boston-based growth equity firm.  LoanLogics is a recognized leader in loan quality management and performance analytics technologies for the mortgage industry.  The Lauletta Birnbaum team included partners Frank Lauletta, Eric Schoenborn, and Barry Kitain, and associates Randy Ford and Jonathan Gremminger.
