Brian G. Howell
Brian Howell is Of Counsel with Lauletta Birnbaum. He has maintained a private practice in Hammonton where he has resided his entire life. His office is located in the heart of the downtown business district. His practice is a broad general practice which includes the formation of corporate entities, residential and commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, the preparation of wills and the administration of estates. For the last two decades, Brian has represented Farm Credit East, ACA, an agricultural lender for Southern New Jersey farmers and their families. From 2006 to 2015 he served as Solicitor for the Town of Hammonton and continues to serve as the Town’s Conflict Solicitor. In these roles he handled an expansive range of legal matters and helped lay the foundation for Hammonton’s status as a town on the rise.

Brian’s career in Hammonton began as an associate with the firm of Bertman, Johnson & Sahli in 1979. He later became a named partner in the firm Donio, Olivo & Howell. In 2006, he teamed with one of his former mentors, John Bertman, Esquire to form Howell & Bertman.
At our new Hammonton location, Brian will work with Michael Donio, Esquire, son of Brian’s former partner, the Honorable Michael A. Donio (ret.)
