Chris has represented numerous lenders and borrowers in connection with hundreds of closings. Prior to joining Lauletta Birnbaum, Chris was counsel at a mid-sized firm headquartered in Princeton, NJ, where he worked in the banking and finance department, and was an associate at a boutique banking and finance firm in South Jersey. Since the start of his legal career, he has specialized in his practice area.
