
Christopher Marrone
With over 25 years of legal experience, Christopher Marrone is a seasoned attorney known for blending legal expertise with entrepreneurial insight. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented a diverse range of clients, from emerging startups to established businesses, offering strategic advice in real estate transactions, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection and commercial contracts. In addition, Christopher has advised his clients in shareholder disputes, including litigation if necessary.

Prior Experience
Christopher graduated from Drexel University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Minor in Chemistry. He gained technical experience as an Environmental Engineer post-graduation with The Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
In 1996 Christopher ventured to Law School and upon graduation from Widener University School of Law in 1999, he was employed as an Intellectual Property Attorney with Caesar, Revise, Bernstein, Cohen, and Pokatilow.
In 2002, Christopher founded The Law Offices of Christopher M. Marrone, LLC. In addition to servicing clients as an Intellectual Property Attorney, Christopher expanded his practice to include more diverse areas of law including real estate, corporate, and litigation. In 2013 he merged his practice with the Marrone Law Firm, LLC where he remains “of Counsel.”
In 2017, Christopher joined Lauletta Birnbaum, LLC.
