Emily Palladinetti
Emily Palladinetti joined Lauletta Birnbaum immediately after graduating from Drexel’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2023, having worked as a Summer Associate for the firm one-year prior.
Prior Experience
While in law school, Emily spent a semester co-oping for the firm, Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC, conducting legal research and working on a range of matters for the firm’s corporate and litigation groups. She spent two years volunteering for the Small Business Development Pro Bono Project, where she gained practical experience assisting local community members in the early stages of their start-up businesses and nonprofits. In addition, she served as a Staff Editor of Drexel Law Review, and later the Executive Editor of Notes.
During her first summer, Emily served as a judicial intern for the Honorable James J. Ferrelli of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She also acted as a Research Fellow, conducting research on the implementation of restorative justice practices in local communities. Emily spent her second summer of law school as a Summer Associate for our firm assisting with litigation and transactional matters.
