Felix S. Wurmbach
Felix S. Wurmbach joined Lauletta Birnbaum in 2022 where he is focusing on a variety of legal issues including commercial litigation and business transactions.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Lauletta Birnbaum, Felix was an associate attorney with Brown & Connery, where his practice concentrated in commercial litigation, business transactions and creditors’ rights. He also regularly represented the interests of a global software provider as outside bankruptcy counsel in corporate bankruptcy proceedings.
Following law school, Felix served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard S. Hoffman of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. As a law clerk, Felix provided research and advice on a broad range of civil and criminal issues based on a detailed study of the record and relevant case law.
In law school, Felix completed a certificate program with a focus on Corporate and Business Law. He participated in the Rutgers Entrepreneurship Clinic where he gained practical experience assisting local entrepreneurs in the early stages of their start-up businesses; he later served as a clinical teaching assistant. In addition, he participated in the Hunter Moot Court program, worked on the Journal of Law & Religion and volunteered for the Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project.
