Michael D. Bach
Michael D. Bach has been preparing for a career in corporate and business law since enrolling in the Legal Studies program at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Upon graduation, Michael attended law school at Rutgers University where he completed a structured curriculum earning him a Certificate in Corporate and Business Law. As part of his certificate program, Michael participated in the school’s Entrepreneurship Clinic where he gained practical experience assisting local entrepreneurs in the early-stages of their new businesses, while also providing information and resources to small businesses regarding government relief during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Additionally, Michael was selected to serve as a Hunter Moot Court Fellow where he assisted students in structuring their written and oral arguments for the law school’s year-long moot court competition, while also serving as the Managing Research Editor for the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. During this time, Michael also served as the President of the law school’s Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
Prior Experience
Prior to becoming an associate at Lauletta Birnbaum, Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Samuel J. Ragonese of the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division. While clerking, he served as a certified mediator where he mediated cases on a variety of issues on a weekly basis. During law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Linda A. Carpenter of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He also interned for a civil practice law firm located in South Jersey where he gained experience in pre-trial procedure, including drafting pleadings and motions.
