Nicholas S. Urban
Nicholas S. Urban joined Lauletta Birnbaum in 2023 after completing his clerkship with the Honorable Steven J. Polansky of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. As part of Lauletta’s Commercial Litigation Department, he handles a variety of complex business disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, and business torts. Nicholas graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2022.
Prior Experience
Before joining Lauletta Birnbaum, Nicholas served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven J. Polansky of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. While there, Nicholas gained experience by being exposed to a high volume of civil litigation, including complex commercial matters.
During law school, Nicholas served as a Staff Editor and was later elected to be an Articles Editor for the Rutgers International Law and Human Rights Journal. Nicholas also interned at local and regional law firms, assisting in civil litigation and employment matters. Upon graduation, he received the William J. McNichol Annual Award in Intellectual Property.
