About Philip

Philip B. Seaton began his legal career as a Captain in the United States Army. After leaving the army, he joined the Camden County Prosecutors’ office serving more than seven years as an Assistant Prosecutor, over five as Senior Chief of Homicide, and one-and-a-half as Chief of the Organized Crime Task Force.  

 

Since then, Phil has been a Senior Corporate Counsel for a major United States corporation and Partner in an international law firm.  He has an extensive legal background focused mainly on securities and corporate litigation and international representation and advice.
