Negotiated the sale of a strategically located office building adjacent to the Philadelphia Convention Center after it was mistakenly taken by condemnation under the powers of eminent domain for hotel development

Advising a leading development and construction company and representing the clients in negotiations and strategy to acquire 41 residential and commercial properties comprising an entire city block in Philadelphia for the development of off-campus student housing and a parking garage

Negotiated the acquisition of financing for two historically significant commercial office buildings in Philadelphia purchased by a local developer and institutional investor. Also advised the client on replacing the property manager

Represented an international manufacturing company in the sale of more than 20 Brownfield sites throughout the United States in connection with the client vacating these sites to build modern state-of-the-art manufacturing plants in other locations
