Represent tenants and landlords on a continuing basis negotiating leases of commercial offices and industrial space in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and New York

Counseling and negotiating on behalf of landlords and tenants (in lieu of or in connection with litigation) in workouts, and the restructuring of retail, restaurant, commercial, and industrial leases where tenants have defaulted

Serve as outside counsel for a national developer/ shopping center landlord. This involves drafting form letters of intent and leases for in-line stores, free-standing buildings, and pad site locations, as well as negotiating on behalf of the client on a national basis

Negotiated ground leases for the development of pad sites in a shopping center for free-standing restaurants and banks

Represented an international client in lease negotiations for its United States headquarters

Represented a major international bank in leasing retail space for 14 branches in the Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia markets, including new construction in shopping centers and existing first-floor office building space.

Represented an international law firm in its leases as a tenant in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware
